4. Bare-Root Shipping
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
Plants are shipped bare-root (without soil and decorative pots).
Decorative pots shown in product photographs are for display purposes only unless mentioned in the product description.
Customers are responsible for proper potting and aftercare upon receipt.
5. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit quantities purchased.
Discontinue products without notice.
Correct pricing errors at any time.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until dispatch is completed.

8. Live Plant Replacement Policy
As plants are perishable living products, refunds are generally not offered.
Replacement requests will only be considered if:
The plant arrives damaged, rotten, missing or dead.
An uninterrupted unboxing video is recorded from package opening to plant inspection.
Supporting photos and videos are shared with our customer support team within 12 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 12 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
After verification, Nainileaf may provide:
Replacement plant, or
Store credit, at its sole discretion.
No replacement or refund will be provided for:
Improper care after delivery.
Delayed reporting.
Failure to provide an unboxing video.
Natural variation in plant appearance.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped:
Cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued except where required by applicable law.
